Docs Golden Champagne

Amber or Sable Champagne

"Champ" is Champagne, believed to be Amber originally, but with his pedigree and looking at these photographs he could very well be Sable.  These were pictures provided to us by his owner, Brenda Tate .  Notice the Champagne characteristics: he has a golden body color with dark brown points.  He has very pronounced reverse dappling, sometimes found in Champagne horses, though it (rarely) does appear in non-Champagne horses as well. The skin on his muzzle, around his eyes, and on his private parts is pink with freckling.  His eye color is amber/light brown.
