Spider is an amber champagne tobiano. He measured 15.1 hands at 22 months of age. We think Spider will be close to his sire's size of 16.1 hands when he is done growing. We know he will inherit both sire and dam's dispositions. Bloodlines go back to Blue Max, Leo and Skip horses. This is Spider's first year of breeding so bookings to outside mares are very limited. Spider has that gorgeous champagne shine that we all love. Because of his age and winter in Iowa, we don't have any good recent pictures of him. You can visit our website to see more pictures of him and his sire and dam or e-mail me and I will be happy to visit with you about him. Thank you for helping the ICHR.

Please be sure you include all requested info in your email.About emailing the ICHR:  Horse color questions cannot be answered without the horse's breed and registered name, if any.  Due to the extensive research conducted by the ICHR, we are usually able to determine if a horse has champagne in its pedigree by recognizing the names of ancestors we have determined were actually champagne.  These champagne sources are listed in the right column of each entry in our stud book!
