"Champ" is Triple Registered. He carries papers for PtHA, ICHR and HAHR. He has been DNAed for color and is homozygous for black and carries on copy of the Agouti. Champ is also a Tobiano. Live cover only. Mare care is $10 per diem dry, and $12 wet. Champ is not AI at this time, but may be by the 2006 breeding season.

CHA Champagne Taste is a 2000 foal. 2006 will be his first year at stud. He has been DNA color tested and is homozygous for Black (EE) and heterozygous (Aa) for Agouti (brown, in this case).  Champ has a beautiful Arab head and straight legs; good to excellent confirmation.  He is smart and a pleasure to work with.  His foals should be great-looking- and-working individuals.

About emailing the ICHR:  Horse color questions will not be answered without the horse's breed and registered name, if any.  Due to the extensive research conducted by the ICHR, we are usually able to determine if a horse has champagne in its pedigree by recognizing the names of ancestors we have determined were champagne, listed in the right column of each entry in our stud book.
